First it's the wave of smooth sweet blueberries followed by the vanilla, nutmeg, garam masala, cinnamon and it finishes off with some fresh mint. The heat then jumps with the famous ghost pepper heat. Think of an autumn blueberry pie but transformed into a spicy sauce.
