We're proud to announce our latest collaboration with our good friends from Waterloo, Jus Sec. We used their blend of cider and beer that they made in collaboration wih Robin Bière Naturelle, Côté Jardin, to create this unique sauce with Japanese-influenced flavours. 

This zesty miso, ginger, apple cider and honey sauce offers a unique blend of flavors, combining the umami richness of miso, the zesty warmth of ginger, the acidity of apple cider and the sweetness of honey.
