This sauce is the creation of hard labour and Quebec made artistry. Imagine a sort of bbq sauce but with the exclusive MTHELL twist to it. First we cold smoke our organic Haskap berries that we procure in Assomption with applewood for a solid 6 hours. To the pot, we then add our vinegars, a special mexican blend of fragrant peppers, single sourced Maple Syrup from Saint-Chrysostome, black garlic from Saint-Pie and mix it with Bhut Jolokia peppers from Chambly to make the ultimate spicy, smokey, umami combination. Its an explosion of flavours that makes you want more , almost addictive.

Cette sauce est superbe, comme toutes les sauces de MTHell d'ailleurs! S'agence super bien avec plusieurs choses, pas trop forte non plus, juste assez pour moi!
