Autumn is synonymous with pumpkin, apple and squash picking, colorful carrots, hot coffee on a chilly morning and, of course, the harvest of fresh Quebec peppers. So guess what we did?
We created the ultimate harvest hot sauce with the boldness of a homemade cold brew using Zab Café , added maple-smoked pumpkin, roasted butternut squash and roasted Nante carrots. We pureed apples and combined them with 18 varieties of fresh peppers harvested on the day of production.
