This corn lager and roasted sweet corn hot sauce was inspired by the classic Mexican street food of corn on the cob charred on the grill, Elotes, with a japanese twist of yuzu juice and the ultimate heat tri-fecta of fruity Habaneros, smoky Chipotle and sweet Ancho peppers.
