A mild kimchi and garlic hot sauce combines tangy kimchi and savory garlic with a gentle heat, perfect for adding flavor without overwhelming spice. Made from upcycled kimchi brine, we teamed up with Chesun, owner of Madame Kimchi based out of Montreal, to make the ultimate korean hot sauce collab.
Use as a marinade, dipping sauce or topping to dishes.
Pairings: eggs, salad, grilled meat and dumplings.
