Bon, là que j’ai votre attention, voici notre troisième édition de notre série de sauce piquante bbq fait avec d’la bière d’un microbrasserie du Québec. Nous avons choisit de collaborer avec Avant Garde , une brasserie que j’affectionne énormément et qui est situé dans mon coins. Nous avons choisit d’utiliser la “J’peux Pas Sentir Ma Face Quand J’T’Avec Toi” , un stout 14.5% barrique en fût de bourbon pour plus de 14mois. C’est du lourd!!! Cette version de notre BeerGeek est différente des autres car nous avons décidé de le faire style Caroline du Sud. En fait, nous avons gardé notre même recette de base comme d’habité mais avec l’ajout de la Moutarde Dijon, du miel et nous avons utiliser le piment Carolina Reaper Chocolat pour un bon heat. La texture est crémeuse et ça coule tellement bien! Bon, S’t’assez là! Met ça dans ton panier , tu ne va pas le regretter mon chum!

Now that I've got your attention, here's our third edition in our series of bbq hot sauces made with beer from a Quebec microbrewery. We've chosen to collaborate with Avant Garde, a brewery I'm very fond of and which is located in my neck of the woods. We chose to use "J'peux Pas Sentir Ma Face Quand J'T'Avec Toi" (I Can't Feel My Face When I'm With You) a 14.5% stout aged in bourbon barrels for over 14 months. It's heavy stuff!!! This version of our BeerGeek is different from the others because we decided to make it South Carolina style. In fact, we kept our same basic recipe as usual but with the addition of Dijon Mustard, Buckwheat honey and the catastrophic Carolina Reaper Chocolate pepper for a nice heat. The texture is creamy and it flows so well! S't'assez là! Put this in your basket, you won't regret it, my friend!
