 Hot sauce and pizza are like cereal and milk: some things are made to go together. That's why we've decided to replace your everyday hot sauce with this banger.

This sauce is made from scotch bonnet peppers processed into a puree with salt, which we left to age for 6 weeks. We then added apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, garlic, salt and a little xanthan to bind it all together... that's it. It's a simple sauce with lots of flavor and depth. The kind of thing you'll put on everything.
